账号信息(姓名/工号、登录密码的加密哈希、所属店铺、角色)、经营操作记录(考勤打卡、派工与接单、预约、收款单与审核状态)、以及员工自行填写的会员服务备注。我们不收集位置信息、通讯录、照片,不接入任何广告或第三方分析 SDK。
仅用于门店排班、派工、考勤、对账等经营管理功能本身;不会出售,不用于广告,不与无关第三方共享。
数据存储于店铺自有的 Google Sheets 数据表与我们部署在 Render 的服务器(传输全程 HTTPS);登录密码只保存加盐哈希,任何人(包括我们)无法还原明文。
你可在 App 内「我的 → 注销账号」自行删除登录账号,凭据即刻删除、登录会话最迟 60 秒内全部失效。你在店铺经营台账中的业务记录(考勤/收款等)属于门店的经营与用工记录,由店铺按其留存义务保管;如需进一步删除,请联系店铺管理员或来信。

Beeru is an internal operations tool for massage/TCM shops, used by shop staff and managers. We collect: account info (name/staff no., salted password hash, shop, role), operational records (clock-in/out, dispatch, appointments, billing and review status), and member-service notes entered by staff. No location, contacts, photos, ads or third-party analytics SDKs. Data is used solely for shop operations; never sold or shared with unrelated third parties. Data is stored in the shop's own Google Sheets and our server on Render, transmitted over HTTPS; passwords are stored as salted hashes only. You can delete your login account in-app via "Me → Delete Account" — credentials are removed immediately and all sessions expire within 60 seconds. Business ledger records remain with the shop as employment/operational records; for further deletion requests contact your shop admin or email shawnstar031@gmail.com.
